Neutralizing antibodies targeting cytokines and their receptors are powerful tools for studying immune modulation and developing therapeutic strategies. InvivoGen offers a wide selection of high-quality recombinant monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) derived from well-referenced biosimilars or in-house hybridoma:

— Cytokine-targeting antibodies bind directly to cytokines, preventing them from engaging their corresponding receptors.
— Cytokine receptor-targeting antibodies bind to cell surface cytokine receptors, blocking cytokine binding and subsequent signal transduction.

For optimal performance, InvivoGen's neutralizing antibodies are functionally validated using our proprietary cytokine bioassay reporter cells. Each new lot is functionally tested using the combination of matching recombinant cytokine and cytokine reporter cells.
